I have always been an athletic person, from playing youth football and recreational basketball I have always been active. During high school, I decided to drop out of football and truly pursue my academic career. As I graduated, I found myself in a weird situation where I yearned for camaraderie and workouts. I found CrossFit through a friend and the rest was history. I’ve been crossfitting for 9years and it’s been amazing.
I love to give that extra tip to help others succeed. It’s the reason I like to coach. I’ve always given helpful tips and watchful eyes to everyone. It was time for me to step up to the plate and become a coach
